Optical Pathogen Detection. Developed from the C-CLEAN Project: proof of concept for rapid detection of surfaces contaminated by SARS-CoV-2 using multispectral optical and holographic analysis with artificial intelligence.

Multidisciplinary project for the detection of pathogens in human fluids and water for the prevention of biological threats through optical and photonic technologies combined with artificial intelligence. With the EOD-CBRN Group of the Spanish National Police.

Description:

The objective is the development of new tools for the detection of pathogens in fluids for the detection of biological threats and the protection of health and the environment. This project is developed from the results obtained in the C-CLEAN Project for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 and screening for COVID-19.
